Yola does have a number of limitations.  Those I've come across include:

Layout constraints associated with the fixed styles and layouts (see "Styles")

The editor, while essentially WYSIWYG ("what you see is what you get"), is not 100% so due to the way widgets are nested.  This may make some trial and error necessary.  Not a problem, however, as it is just one click to save the page and another to preview the result in another window (not visible to the public).

Limited "restricted access" capability.  It is possible to password protect selected pages, but only with a shared user-id and password (you would need to convey this to all your members, with obvious security risks).  Yola hope to release an individual user registration facility at some time in the future.

Lack of Version Control.  You simply have two versions - the one you're working on, and the one that is published to the web.  You can "save page as . ." to make extra page copies which you can exclude from the navigation, but with no directory structure to separate versions.  There is a facility to download the site so that it can be uploaded to another server.

Inability to format page heading or menu texts - these are set by the page style.  If you want to insert your own photo in the banner you need to pick your style carefully to get the right contrast for your text.
